The Secretariat will be available to assist you during the Course.

Participants and accompanying persons are obliged to wear the official Course name badges on all Congress occasions.
Access to the exhibition is free for registered participants. The exhibition will be open on 23 – 25 May 2019 during the Course hours.
LUNCH AND REFRESHMENTS
Lunch workshops will be available.
Coffee, tea will be available in the exhibition area during the breaks.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance at the Course.
By registering for the IACES 2019 and/or by participating in the exhibition joined to the Course, participants and exhibitors agree that IACES, the Organising Committee or the Course Technical Secretariat do not assume any responsibility for damage or injuries to persons or property during the Course. Participants and exhibitors are advised to organize their own health, travel and personal insurances.
LETTER OF INVITATION
Upon request, the Chairman of the Local Organising Committee will be pleased to send a personal letter of invitation to registered participants so as to enable participants to obtain visas for attending the Course. These invitation letters cannot be considered as an offer of financial support by the organisers.
UEMS – ACCREDITATION
The IACES 2019 – Madrid | International Advanced Course on Elbow Surgery, Madrid, Spain, 23/05/2019-25/05/2019 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 20 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).
Each medical specialistshould claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/education/earn-credit-participation-international-activities.
Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
